How to create a new Canned Response
STEP-BY-STEP

1Log in as an administrator and go to the Admin Dashboard.

2Go to CRM Portal >> Canned Responses

3Click on Create New Canned Response button

4Enter the Content (Required)

5Select Canned response type (Optional)

6And click on Create button

7The new Canned Response is created successfully
